ARRIVAL TIMES
For packages 1, 2, or 3,
the bride, wedding party and guests are to arrive no sooner than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony (50 minutes for Deluxe weddings)

Package 4 & 5 wedding parties arrive one hour before the wedding.

The bridesmaids, groom, groomsmen, ring bearer and flower girl must all arrive fully dressed for the wedding.

Reception Packages

(Pkg 1, 2 & 3)
The Magnolia Room with
its cathedral ceilings and chandeliers, is the perfect setting for a memorable reception. Your guests will also enjoy the mountain views from the adjoining northern and southern decks.

Deli trays can be brought with food on trays ready to serve. If you choose to bring your own deli trays, there is a $25 fee that covers added serving, cleanup, napkins, plates, forks, etc.

Photography:

A. $300. for “I-Do” wedding
Includes: Pro photographer, 20 picture 5×7 album plus all images on CD

B. $400. for Pkg. 1-3
Includes: Pro photographer, 20 picture 5×7 album plus all images on CD

C. $600. for Pkg 4 includes:
Pro photographer, 24 picture 8×10 bride’s album, plus all images on CD, plus all the pictures online for friends and family to view and order directly from the lab at photographer prices.

PAYMENT
A NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE
of ½ of your total package is required at the time of booking. The balance must be received by 4 weeks prior to your wedding date and is non-refundable if the wedding is canceled within 4 weeks of the wedding. Cash, in-state checks, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Credit and debit card transactions must be in person (not over the telephone)
